Physics - Strengths and Achievements

STRENGTHS

The faculty members are regular in appointment. Well qualified and have significant experience not only in teaching,but also are well versed with multidiscipline skills.

Faculty has rich knowledge and skill in online; ICT enabled teaching and digital tools operation.The department has good infrastructure facilities and good laboratory facilities and a good library

Use of Information Communication Technology like smart boards, PPT’S and models. Few numbers of initiatives undertaken for supporting number of slow learners and students from diverse back grounds

Conducting of seminars & lecture classes by inviting subject experts from renowned Institutions. Remedial classes for slow leaner’s and guidance for high scorers. Seminars by students for motivating self-study. Awarding some prizes for merited students

ACHIEVEMENTS

•Inspiteof educating them the superstition and blind belief in the tribal and communities forcing girl students to get early marriages. It leads to significant increase in drop outs number
•Student’s transportation from far villages is constraint them to reach the college intime
•Promoting to higher education because of getting marriages during or immediately after B.Sc.
•Difficulty in updating laboratory material with frequently updated syllabus.
•Collaboration with reputed organizations and companies to provide immediate employability to the students
