The Department of Telugu of this college  was established 1987 as second language subject for graduate students of this college. Telugu is important to the students English medium of under graduate students The department works for students to excel in the language skill by sensitizing them to participate in various cultural and literary activities like essay writing elocution, poetry writing ,quiz, story writing, singing  etc.,

The department of Telugu has a qualified and competent and dedicated faculty. The department conducted class room seminars group discussion quiz guest lectures, assignments, study projects,

The Department Encouraged The Students participate in cultural activities organized by the college.

The Chief Objective of the department is to build the communication Soft skill Training classes are conducted along with regular Curriculum. Extension lecturers are arranged periodically to give on opportunity to students to interact with eminent speakers.
